of Service
Effective October 27, 2026
If you consent to receive text messages from KC ProAdvisor, you may receive conversational and informational messages about client questions, appointments, payroll hours, missing bookkeeping information, and ongoing service reminders. Messages may be sent by our staff or an authorized automated assistant acting for KC ProAdvisor. This SMS program is not used for marketing messages.
- Consent: We send these messages to recipients who have consented. Providing a phone number alone does not enroll you in ongoing SMS messages. You can opt in using the optional, unchecked SMS consent box on our contact form. SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing services.
- Frequency: Messaging frequency varies with your questions, appointments, and service needs.
- Charges: Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to stop SMS messages. You may receive a confirmation of your opt-out.
- Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or email jim@kcproadvisor.com.

Privacy and contact
We do not sell or rent mobile numbers, mobile opt-in information, or text-message consent. No mobile opt-in information or text-message consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own use, including marketing or promotional purposes. Messaging providers and carriers may process information only as needed to deliver and support our messages on our behalf.
